🌱 Why join the program?
The Empowerment program is an exclusive group of maximum 12 participate. The program addresses several important needs and is a meaningful tool for breaking limiting beliefs, developing holistic health, increasing leadership and communication skills.Through various tools, group and individual work, we will evolve in order to create the future we desire. 🗝️
🌱 How does it work?
During 8 weeks, we will meet digitally once a week for introduction and reflection. In between, we have self-studies and access to a group chat for any questions and concerns. Each digital meeting lasts for 75 minutes, divided into: 15 check-in, 45 minutes introduction of tools including related exercises, and 15 minutes for questions and group discussion.

Structure: We will follow a structured process throughout our journey in order to provide all participants with the best possible tools and conditions to achieve their goals.
The structure consists of 4 modules:

Yoga and Meditation: Discover the balance between body and soul for overall holistic well-being.
NLP Techniques: Discover and transform limiting beliefs to unleash your true potential.
Law of Attraction: Learn how to consciously create the life you desire by attracting what you want.
Mindfulness: Cultivate awareness and balance to support your inner journey.
Self-Love: Through various exercises, we delve into the meaning of self-love and the doors it can open.
Consistency: By meeting once a week for two month, we create continuity and the opportunity for long-term community. This regularity also allows for goal follow-up and reflection over time.
Empowerment: By sharing and listening to each other's stories, we strengthen and encourage each other to take control of our lives. This contributes to increased self-esteem and self-confidence.

🌱 My name is Lina Edenfelt Holst and I have extensive experience in leadership, individual and organizational development, motivation, , yoga, and mindfullnes.
Today I work as a coach, lecturer, instructor and consultant both for organizations, CEO's, leaders, groups and individuals in order to empower individuals and create more profitable companies.
For many years I have served as a useful source of support, motivation and advisor. I have extensive experience in several leadership and motivational roles such as CEO, account manager, market and communications manager.
