The Ultimate Superpower

Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life

Did you know that you can change your thoughts and by doing so, transform your life into what you want. It's a power we often underestimate, but it works.

The Unconscious mind

Think of your mind as a spider web filled with thoughts, beliefs, and ideas, shaped by your experiences and upbringing. These thoughts act as the foundation on which your life is built, also called the unconscious mind. The unconscious mind is a complex and mysterious aspect of human psychology and it plays a crucial role in shaping our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It is the storage of our thoughts,

memories, desires, and instincts that exist outside our conscious awareness.

The unconscious mind containes repressed memories, desires, and unresolved conflicts that influence our thoughts and behaviors.

- Sigmund Freud

Sigmund Freud is the "father of" psychoanalysis and he was one of the first to popularize the idea of

the unconscious mind. The unconscious mind is responsible for many automatic processes, such as regulating bodily functions like breathing and heartbeat. It also plays a role in habit formation and the execution of routine tasks without conscious effort. Emotions often also arise from here. Our immediate emotional reactions to certain situations or stimuli may therefore be influenced by past experiences and memories that we are not consciously aware of.

The idea of the unconscious mind was that it was fixed and unchangeable. However, over time, our understanding of it has evolved. We now know that it is more flexible and adaptable than we once thought. It can change, grow, and be influenced by our experiences and efforts, giving us the opportunity to transform our thoughts and behaviors over time.

Live your dream life

This means that you're not stuck with your negative thoughts; you can replace and reshape them.

It's important to note that changing the unconscious mind requires time, effort, and persistence. Additionally, some deeply ingrained beliefs and patterns may be resistant to change. In such cases, seek professional help from a therapist or counselor so they can support you throughout the process.

Changing your thoughts isn't a quick fix but the rewards are enormous. When you change your thoughts, you change your perspective on life. Challenges become opportunities, failures become lessons, and your dreams become attainable.

Shift your mindset and your life will follow.

For me, this journey started with courses like self-awareness, self-development, mindfulness, meditation yoga and practicing gratitude. After many hours of practicing and studying I gained certificate after certificate (Yoga instructor, mindfulness coach, meditation coach, holistic and evolution coach). During my last education with Stina Persdotter I realized that, by adding all my knowledge together (including my academical educations) I gained a "higher" understanding and can now help more individuals and organisations.

It starts when you can notice your unconscious negative thoughts and replacing them with positive ones.

So, by adding all together, including understanding how our brain works and practicing positive thinking, we can improve our lives and achieve goals. It's like a toolkit for evolution, personal growth and improvement.

The important takeaway here is that everyone has this power within, in order to change their lives, it all begins in the mind. If anything was possible, what would you wish for?
